"Culkin Plumbing and Heating operates as an independent plumbing and heating engineer with a local focus for our services. My main area of operation is within NW2, NW6, NW10, NW8, NW3, and W9. Though a significant number of my clients are still based in NW2, NW3, and NW6, I do provide cover throughout north west London. The company is based in Willesden Green NW2, previously I was in Kilburn NW6. My listing with Gas Safe Register whilst there generated a lot of clients who still use me now and continue to recommend myself. Likewise my presence in NW2 now, along with my membership of the NW2 network, my Gas Safe Registered listing, and our Google review rating average of 4.9 out of 5 provides us with an increasing number of local clients, both home owners, investment landlords, and small businesses. 
Having generated so many local clients I am increasing focusing on the area in and around NW2. This means I can be much more efficient spending less time commuting and more time working. I know where to go to get local supplies from taps to boiler spares, less time on the road, and fewer petrol costs keeping the prices down for my local customers. 

As a Gas Safe and Energy Efficiency certified engineer, I notify any gas installations directly with your local building control. This creates a permanent record that any work has been done by a gas registered engineer and complies with building regulations. In essence, we self-certify gas work removing any paperwork issues for the client. Essential should they want to sell their property in the future without any issues.
 

Vaillant Accreditation; I am now a Vaillant accredited boiler installer, should you wish us to install a new boiler I can offer free extended warranties on Vaillant boilers, that's 5 to 7 years parts and labour covered on a leading and Which? rated brand, customer-rated first for reliability. I am also provided with free training from Vaillant providing an extra incite into how to get the maximum efficiency from your boiler, and in specifying the right type of boiler for your property. I also install Worcester Bosch boilers with a 5-year guarantee on parts and labour, or any boiler a client may prefer."

Jeff Culkin, of Culkin Plumbing and Heating, is a registered and qualified gas engineer holding certificates covering installation and servicing of boilers and instant water heaters, gas cookers and hobs including range cookers, warm air heaters, direct gas water heaters, gas meter installation and meter relocation. 

Jeff Culkin is also qualified in water regulations and holds NVQs and City and Guilds in plumbing and heating domestic installation. Other Certificates include; Hot Water Systems and Hot Water Safety (building regulations part G3), Energy Efficiency (Building regulations part L) and shower installation specialist.
